Tracking Your Order
We use a suitable courier or Australia Post to deliver your orders.
We aim to keep you updated throughout the process. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing the necessary tracking details, allowing you to monitor your delivery closely.
Warehouse Pickup
We offer free pickup from our warehouse in Cooroy. Once your order is ready for collection, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time. Orders are generally ready 2 days after order is placed.
Delivery Lead Times
We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days upon receipt. Deliveries are estimated to arrive within 2-7 days after dispatch. For regional areas, delivery times may extend to up to 2 weeks. You will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email to monitor your order.
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. We cannot be held liable for deliveries to incorrect addresses. If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Any costs associated with re-delivery due to incorrect details will be charged to you.
For bulk size items, bulk quantity orders, and deliveries to regional/rural areas across all states, we reserve the right to charge freight at cost price. In such cases, we will notify you of the freight cost before dispatch.
